John is a teacher at Pinkerton Academy and CTY Online Programs. John is committed to connecting with his students. He believes it is crucial to convey the message that "mistakes are okay and don't always negatively affect a grade if the standard is achieved." He believes showing value and compassion to his students helps him to grow. 

Dillon is a teacher for CTY Online Programs. He incorporates higher-level thinking, such as analysis and synthesis into his chess clubs. He is committed to developing a structured framework that empowers his students to deepen their understanding and hone their skills outside of his courses.

Tasheena is a teacher at Clarksville Elementary and CTY Online Programs. She strives to be a "helper" to her students. She encourages her students to meet with her and develop their personal goals for a course. She incorporates both affirmative statements and constructive feedback in her assignments to help her students grow. 

Jim is a teacher at Medford Memorial Middle School. He is committed to creating an educational environment that has increased engagement, equity, and academic success by providing his students with a voice in their learning. He strives to create an environment that allows his students to feel a sense of belonging and safety.
